“Navi Mumbaikars should rightfully get what is theirs”, said Former Minister & Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik on the issue of water shortage in Navi Mumbai. He was speaking during his meeting with NMMC Commissioner Abhijit Bangar. 1. Speaking to the media, Ganesh Naik said that water from Morbe dam was overflowing but still Navi Mumbaikars had to face water shortage. 2. Stating the city was facing water shortage as MIDC was diverting water supply to nearby cities, he demanded from the Commissioner to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
