Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik became the talk of the Maharashtra Assembly Winter Session's Day 3 as he blasted the Maha Vikas Aghadi and exposed all decisions of the government that will go against the welfare of Navi Mumbai. 1) Blasted the government's decision to sell 500 sq meters plots in Navi Mumbai despite need for more open spaces. 2) Questioned the rationale behind the decision to convert the service road into plots and sell them alongside Thane Belapur Road. 3) Demanded that the Airoli Katai elevated road must be designed to ease traffic woes in Navi Mumbai & not increase their hassles. 4) Demanded CIDCO to pay advance for constructing Ghansoli - Airoli Palm Beach Road 5) Warned sale of plot for public toilet at Valmiki Nagar, Airoli 6) Warned against diverting water supply from Navi Mumbai to other cities. Ganesh Naik made it clear to Shiv Sena leaders that, "Will not allow government to pay for their failures in Mumbai & Thane at the cost of Navi Mumbai"
