Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik addressed citizens after inaugurating "Seva Kendra" at Airoli's BJP office where citizens can avail all certificates from various government offices under one roof. Ganesh Naik said that initially NMMC Elections were postponed due to COVID but now the Maha Vikas Aghadi is delaying it on purpose. He said that they are scared that elections will expose the differences between the three alliance partners of NCP, Shiv Sena and Congress; hence they are postponing it. He said recent by-elections have proven that people's mandate is with BJP
