At the ongoing monsoon session of the state assembly, Former Minister & Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik gave a fiery speech demanding immediate justice to PAPs. Ganesh Naik reminded CIDCO that they had taken land from PAPs, the original landowners and were compensated with the 12.5% scheme. He said that this isn't enough and now CIDCO must make PAPs owners of their lands. He told CM Eknath Shinde, "to take cognizance of his letter and make this announcement with immediate effect."
