Former Minister & Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik took up several issues of Navi Mumbai at the ongoing winter session of the state assembly. He demanded that CIDCO should release the Rs 125 crores for Ghansoli-Airoli Palm Beach route, as work had been delayed due to it. He demanded that NMMC should be given the rights to use Unified DCPR instead of CIDCO so that the civic body can utilize in building public welfare and utility buildings like hospitals, schools and centre for women empowerment.
