Former Minister & Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik raised the issue of Unified DCR and said that cities where redevelopment with FSI was underway; how could the state draft the DCR without Impact Assessment Report. Ganesh Naik demanded State Urban Development Minister Eknath Shinde must answer that without the report; how was the state planning to tackle the congestion and pressure existing infrastructure and public utility and amenities.
