Former Minister & Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik had demanded in NMMC meetings that the level of municipal education must keep improving and while aiming for excellence; the opportunities of children have more affordable English schools must be brought into effect immediately. Ganesh Naik also demanded the NMMC to make a provision of this in NMMC's Budget 2022-23 as the administration had not included this in their budget. Following his demand and consistent follow-up, the NMMC will now begin a survey in each node of Navi Mumbai following which the number of NMMC English Medium School will increase in Navi Mumbai.
