Former Minister & Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik had relentlessly followed up on taking the locals' demand of renaming Dighe railway station to Digha Gaon. Now, the state's Ministry of Transport has sent a letter to the Central department urging to expedite the renaming process. Speaking to The Metro, Ganesh Naik welcomed the decision and said that after rigorous follow-up by them, the demand of the locals was fulfilled.
