Former Minister & Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik tore into Maha Vikas Aghadi's "misleading and unclear" homes regularisation policy for PAP announced by the State Urban Dept. He was speaking during the on-going state assembly budget session in Vidhan Bhavan He said PAPs are land owners and the state must not treat them as those who have leased land because PAPs in Navi Mumbai will not tolerate it. He demanded the state to bring out a clear policy that does just to PAPs as owners of their lands in Navi Mumbai and regularise PAP homes without clauses.
