Former Minister & MLA Ganesh Naik along with Airoli's first MLA Sandeep Naik performed the bhumipujan of Lokmata Ahilyadevi Holkar Mother Child hospital at Sector 22, Koperkhairane. The project was proposed and followed up by late late corporator Devidas Hande Patil. Ganesh Naik said that, this project is a "tribute to late Devidas Hande Patil's lifelong public service."
