Bharat Ratna Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Memorial, built by the vision of former Minister & MLA Ganesh Naik and led by Sandeep Naik since he was Chairman in NMMC Standing Committee; has been hailed as being the best in the state. During their recent visit to the Memorial, among those who showered praise on it included Nagraj Manjule, Director of Sairat fame, Scholar, Author & Orator Hari Narke & eminent Political Scientist and Scholar on Ambedkar and Dalit movements Dr. Raosaheb Kasbe.
