Ganesh Naik sets example for Maharastra as 111 wards' issues raised in "Mini Mahasabha" at NMMC
Post COVID, there are several municipal corporations in Maharashtra that are under administration-rule due to the absence of a general body.
1. While all municipal corporations and councils await civic elections to get back to taking up public issues, former minister & Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik is setting an example in Maharashtra.
2. Ganesh Naik led former corporators & social workers from each of the 111 wards of Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation and held what is now being termed as a “mini mahasabha” in NMMC today.
