Former Minister & Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik tore into Maha Vikas Aghadi's "misleading and unclear" homes regularisation policy announced by the State Urban Dept. He said PAPs are land owners and the state must not treat them as those who have leased land because PAPs in Navi Mumbai will not tolerate it. He demanded the state to bring out a clear policy that does just to PAPs as owners of their lands in Navi Mumbai and regularise PAP homes without clauses. Ganesh Naik also spoke on unified GDCR flaws and demanded an immediate enquiry against NMMC tender scams, referring that the strings of the scam are attached to those calling NMMC Commissioner from Mantralaya.
