Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik has been following up redevelopment demand of residents living in dilapidated CIDCO homes for over a decade now. From laying concrete steps through NMMC's infrastructure report to approval in General Body of NMMC & focussing on scientific redevelopment, he led C Type Ganesh Towers at Sector 1, Vashi to become the first redeveloped CIDCO tower in Navi Mumbai. He is now all set to play the role of "Guardian" to Koperkhairane's Om Siddhivinayak Society's redevelopment project. To be developed by 2023, Ganesh Naik graced an event where all owners were given "Permanent Alternative Accommodation Agreement."
