After a decade, Maharashtra Forest Minister and Palghar Guardian Minister Ganesh Naik revived the Janata Darbar to directly address public grievances. Held at Vishnudas Bhave auditorium Vashi, the event saw an unprecedented turnout, with hundreds of citizens from Thane, Mumbai, and Navi Mumbai attending. Senior officials from key government departments, including the NMMC, CIDCO, MIDC, Police, and Forest Department were present. Over 400 applications were submitted, with several issues resolved on the spot, while others will be addressed in a time-bound manner. During the media interaction, Ganesh Naik said that the Janata Darbaar aims to resolve public issues efficiently. He further stated that the time has come for CIDCO to withdraw from Navi Mumbai.
