Gone are the days when people looked down upon government schools; atleast in Navi Mumbai it stands true. Over the last 20 years; under NMMC’s School Vision – these schools have transformed into hi-tech center imparting education to lacs of students from economically weaker background. In fact some NMMC schools are giving competition to performances of private schools. And the pandemic has further increased trust of parents in NMMC schools as a new trend of students shifting from private schools to NMMC schools has set in. As COVID norms relaxed; students are back to school and The Metro spoke to them.
