Former Minister & Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik held his first meeting with the new NMMC Commissioner Dr. Kailas Shinde, where he raised several people's issues with the administration. One of the crucial discussions was held on MIDC illegally selling public plots previously transferred to NMMC, with Ganesh naik directinf the civic body to take immediate action. Ganesh Naik also cautioned NMMC against unnecessary expenditure, especially in areas where essential civic work was being neglected. Ganesh Naik also urged the administration to prepare for monsoons, including carrying out pre-monsoon work.
