Skywalk built from Ganesh Naik's Rs. 10 crore approved funds to ease commuter woes at Digha

A MLA has the power to get special funds sanctioned for his constituency. Former Minister and Airoli MLA Ganesh Naik has got Rs. 10 Crores approved for Airoli constituency. Upon interactions with public representatives and citizens of the constituency, the funds are now being allocated for various people’s works for city area, gaonthan areas, industries, slums and tribal areas. One of the areas where the funds have been allocated is the construction of a skywalk near Digha railway station, which will make access to commuters from Thane Belapur Road safer.
