NMMC Social Development Department organized a program at Vishnudas Bhave auditorium, Vashi, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule. Maharashtra State Forest Minister Ganesh Naik graced the event as the chief guest. RN Foundation Ghansoli was honored with the Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule Award for their contributions. The event also promoted women entrepreneurs who set up stalls selling various goods and food items. Ganesh Naik highlighted the importance of societal cooperation in addressing rising incidents of violence against women.
